Mortgage loans reached USD 68.1 bil in third quarter of 2022 in South Africa, according to the National Central Bank. This is 7.21% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in South Africa reached an all time high of USD 123 bil in 3Q2010 and an all time low of USD 57.5 bil in 4Q2015.
