Mortgage loans reached USD 17.0 bil in second quarter of 2023 in Turkey, according to the National Central Bank. This is 16.7% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Turkey reached an all time high of USD 54.9 bil in 4Q2014 and an all time low of USD 9.94 bil in 4Q2005.
Turkey has been ranked 20th within the group of 59 countries we follow in terms of mortgage loans.
