Net annual migration reached 51,312 persons in 2012 in Sweden, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 13.3% more than in the previous year.
Historically, net annual migration in Sweden reached an all time high of 63,040 persons in 2009 and an all time low of 10,873 persons in 1998.
