Based on a comparison of 26 countries in 2015, Latvia ranked the highest in Net Remuneration Index of National Civil Servants in Central Public Administration (Real) with 109 Index followed by Estonia and Romania. On the other end of the scale was Portugal with 96.7 Index, Belgium with 99.6 Index and Denmark with 99.7 Index.
