Based on a comparison of 17 countries in 2012, Ukraine ranked the highest in non-life insurance policies with 175,683 '000 followed by Russia and South Korea. On the other end of the scale was Montenegro with 329 '000, Moldova with 704 '000 and Albania with 971 '000.
