Non-performing loans as a share of bank equity reached 15.7% in third quarter of 2019 in Afghanistan, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.42% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, non-performing loans as a share of bank equity in Afghanistan reached an all time high of 204% in 1Q2011 and an all time low of 1.80% in 2Q2010.
