Non-performing loans as a share of bank equity reached 8.54% in third quarter of 2021 in Malaysia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.76% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, non-performing loans as a share of bank equity in Malaysia reached an all time high of 21.7% in 2Q2010 and an all time low of 7.45% in 3Q2020.
