Non-performing loans as a share of bank equity reached 24.8% in first quarter of 2021 in Turkey, according to the National Central Bank. This is 11.5% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, non-performing loans as a share of bank equity in Turkey reached an all time high of 33.3% in 4Q2019 and an all time low of 11.9% in 2Q2012.
