Non-performing loans as a percentage of mortgage loans reached 2.77% in 2017 in Poland, according to the National Central Bank. This is 4.16% less than in the previous year.
Historically, non-performing loans as a percentage of mortgage loans in Poland reached an all time high of 3.13% in 2013 and an all time low of 1.47% in 2009.
