Non-performing loans as a share of bank assets reached 2.24% in 2020 in Uganda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 4.87% more than in the previous year.
Historically, non-performing loans as a share of bank assets in Uganda reached an all time high of 5.08% in 2016 and an all time low of 0.790% in 2005.
