Non-performing loans as a share of bank loans reached 1.65% in fourth quarter of 2023 in Malaysia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 3.98% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, non-performing loans as a share of bank loans in Malaysia reached an all time high of 9.39% in 4Q2005 and an all time low of 1.37% in 3Q2020.
