Non-Performing Loans (Local Currency) in Bulgaria

Non-performing loans reached BGN 8.29 bil in 2017 in Bulgaria, according to the National Central Bank. This is 16.8% less than in the previous year.

Historically, non-performing loans in Bulgaria reached an all time high of BGN 10.7 bil in 2015 and an all time low of BGN 0.089 bil in 1995.

Bulgaria has been ranked 72nd within the group of 107 countries we follow in terms of non-performing loans.
