Number of hotels reached 202,792 hotels in 2014 in the European Union, according to Eurostat. This is 0.382% more than in the previous year.

Historically, number of hotels in the European Union reached an all time high of 211,338 hotels in 1999 and an all time low of 194,199 hotels in 2005.
