Number of Pigs Holders by Herd Size (3-9 Pigs for fattening)

Based on a comparison of 10 countries in 2007, Poland ranked the highest in number of pigs holders with a herd size of 3-9 pigs for fattening with 118 '000 followed by Hungary and Italy. On the other end of the scale was Estonia with 1.00 '000, Slovakia with 4.00 '000 and Spain with 6.00 '000.
