Oil production reached 234 mil tonnnes in 2017 in Iran, according to the BP Statistical Review of World Energy. This is 8.02% more than in the previous year.
Historically, oil production in Iran reached an all time high of 303 mil tonnnes in 1974 and an all time low of 66.2 mil tonnnes in 1981.
