Pepper production reached 25,360 tonnes in 2014 in Sri Lanka, according to Faostat. This is 5.13% less than in the previous year.
Historically, pepper production in Sri Lanka reached an all time high of 26,730 tonnes in 2013 and an all time low of 2,400 tonnes in 1966.
