Price of agricultural land reached 1,015 EUR/ha in 2009 in Latvia, according to Eurostat. This is 47.7% less than in the previous year.
Historically, price of agricultural land in Latvia reached an all time high of 3,786 EUR/ha in 2006 and an all time low of 526 EUR/ha in 2003.
