Production of dates reached 1,030,460 tonnes in 2022 in Iran, according to Faostat. This is 11.8% less than in the previous year.
Historically, production of dates in Iran reached an all time high of 1,356,684 tonnes in 2018 and an all time low of 231,523 tonnes in 1981.
