Production value of soft wheat and spelt reached EUR 705 mil in 2015 in Bulgaria, according to Eurostat. This is 8.33% less than in the previous year.
Historically, production value of soft wheat and spelt in Bulgaria reached an all time high of EUR 473,568 mil in 1997 and an all time low of EUR 176 mil in 1999.
