Public Spending on Education (As % of Government Expenditure) in Lebanon

Public spending on education as a share of government expenditure reached 9.90% in 2020 in Lebanon, according to World Bank. This is 21.5% more than in the previous year.

Historically, public spending on education as a share of government expenditure in Lebanon reached an all time high of 10.4% in 1994 and an all time low of 5.50% in 2009.

Lebanon has been ranked 117th within the group of 142 countries we follow in terms of public spending on education as a share of government expenditure.
