Quality of postal service in terms of letters delivered on-time reached 71.4% in 2015 in Bulgaria, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 6.25% more than in the previous year.

Historically, quality of postal service in terms of letters delivered on-time in Bulgaria reached an all time high of 88.0% in 2011 and an all time low of 47.9% in 2012.
