Quality of postal service in terms of letters delivered on-time reached 60.9% in 2015 in Poland, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 6.88% less than in the previous year.

Historically, quality of postal service in terms of letters delivered on-time in Poland reached an all time high of 93.3% in 2005 and an all time low of 52.7% in 2009.
