Sales of all tobacco products in pieces reached 14,379 tonnes in 2008 in Switzerland, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 2.94% more than in the previous year.
Historically, sales of all tobacco products in pieces in Switzerland reached an all time high of 23,360 tonnes in 1972 and an all time low of 6,760 tonnes in 1934.
