Small Cars (As % of New Cars Sold) in Greece

Small cars as a share of new cars sold reached 58.8 % in 2016 in Greece, according to ACEA. This is 4.30 % less than in the previous year.

Historically, small cars as a share of new cars sold in Greece reached an all time high of 62.0 % in 2012 and an all time low of 40.3 % in 2009.

Greece has been ranked 2nd within the group of 19 countries we follow in terms of small cars as a share of new cars sold, 1 places above the position seen 10 years ago.

Small cars have become the most popular segment in Europe over the last two decades.
