Total domestic uses of white wine reached 616 1,000 hl in 2016 in Slovenia, according to Eurostat. This is 20.8 % more than in the previous year.
Historically, total domestic uses of white wine in Slovenia reached an all time high of 1,055 1,000 hl in 2001 and an all time low of 500 1,000 hl in 2004. When compared to Slovenia's main peers, total domestic uses of white wine in Austria amounted to 1,701 1,000 hl, 779 1,000 hl in Croatia, 1,504 1,000 hl in Hungary and 15,977 1,000 hl in Italy in 2016.
