Historically, treenut production in Russia reached an all time high of 25.0 kt in 2004 and an all time low of 4.00 kt in 1992. When compared to Russia's main peers, treenut production in China amounted to 3,973 kt, 18.2 kt in Germany, 16.5 kt in Japan and 3,179 kt in USA in 2016.
