Based on a comparison of 75 countries in 1Q2024, Bangladesh ranked the highest in uncovered non-performing loans as a share of bank equity with 47.4% followed by Ukraine and Congo. On the other end of the scale was Chad with -582%, Equatorial Guinea with -115% and Brazil with -11.7%.
