Uncovered non-performing loans as a share of bank equity reached 7.13% in fourth quarter of 2022 in Uganda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 10.9% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, uncovered non-performing loans as a share of bank equity in Uganda reached an all time high of 15.0% in 4Q2016 and an all time low of 1.67% in 4Q2008.
