Based on a comparison of 27 countries in October 2018, Spain ranked the highest in Unemployment Rate (Eurostat) with 14.7% followed by Italy and France. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with 1.50%, Czechia with 2.30% and Japan with 2.40%.
