Historically, the bank’s net interest margin reached an all time high of 3.62% in 2004 and an all time low of -0.323% in 2014. The average margin in the last five years amounted to 1.63%.
Average asset yield was 6.90% in 2018, down from 7.30% when compared to previous year. On the other hand, cost of funding amounted to 5.13% in 2018, down from 5.63%.
