Historically, the bank’s loans reached an all time high of CZK 1,036,039 mil in 1Q2021 and an all time low of CZK 315,600 mil in 4Q2006.
In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 7.89%.
At the end of fourth quarter of 2023, CSOB's loans accounted for 67.7% of total deposits and 48.4% of total assets.
Mortgage loans represented 56.8% of the bank's loan book at the end of the year 4Q2023, consumer further 4.44% and corporate loans 38.9% of total loans.
