Historically, expenditure of international tourism in Chile reached an all time high of USD 3,124 mil in 2018 and an all time low of USD 904 mil in 2000. When compared to Chile's main peers, expenditure of international tourism in Argentina amounted to USD 9,826 mil, USD 1,065 mil in Bolivia, USD 552 mil in Paraguay and USD 1,480 mil in Uruguay in 2019.
