Piraeus Bank Group generated total banking revenues of EUR 2,393 mil in 2015, down 6.46% when compared to the previous year.
Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of EUR 5,945 mil in 2013 and an all time low of EUR 575 mil in 2003. The average revenue in the last five years amounted to EUR 2,867 mil.
Net interest income represented 78.4% of total revenues, fee income contributed 12.8% and other non-interest income added further 8.78% to the overall revenue generation in 2015.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 2.73% total assets in 2015, down from 2.87% a year earlier.
When compared to bank's main peers, National Bank of Greece generated total revenues of 1.88% of assets in 2015, Alpha Bank Group operated with 3.34% revenue margin and Eurobank Group produced total income worth 2.40% of assets.
