Alpha Bank Group's capital adequacy ratio reached 16.8% at the end of 2015, up from 14.6% compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 16.8% in 2015 and an all time low of 9.50% in 2012.

The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 16.7% at the end of 2015, up from 14.3% compared to a year earlier.

Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 147% at the end of 2015, up from 116% when compared to the previous year. Some 10 years ago, loan to deposit ratio of the bank amounted to 126%.

Comparing Alpha Bank Group with its closest peers, National Bank of Greece ended the year 2015 with a capital adequacy ratio at 14.6% and loans to deposits of 106%, Piraeus Bank Group with 17.5% and 130% respectively and Eurobank Group some 17.4% in terms of capital adequacy and 127% of loans to deposits at the end of 2015.

Alpha Bank Group's capital adequacy ratio reached 16.8% at the end of fourth quarter of 2015, up from 12.6% when compared to the previous quarter. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 16.8% in 4Q2015 and an all time low of 9.40% in 1Q2009.

The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 16.7% at the end of fourth quarter of 2015, up from 14.3% compared to the same period of last year and up from 12.4% when compared to the the previous quarter.

Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 147% at the end of 4Q2015, up from 120% when compared to the same period of last year.

When compared to bank's main peers, National Bank of Greece ended the fourth quarter of 2015 with a capital adequacy ratio at 14.6% and loans to deposits of 91.1% and Eurobank Group with 17.4% and 127% respectively.

Alpha Bank Group's loans reached EUR 58,208 mil in the fourth quarter of 2015, down from EUR 58,261 mil when compared to the previous quarter and down from EUR 58,387 mil when compared to the same period of last year. Historically, the bank’s loans reached an all time high of EUR 59,939 mil in 1Q2013 and an all time low of EUR 45,102 mil in 4Q2012.

At the end of fourth quarter of 2015, Alpha Bank Group's loans accounted for 147% of total deposits and 66.7% of total assets.

Mortgage loans represented 34.7% of the bank's loan book at the end of the year 4Q2015, consumer further 11.4% and corporate loans 53.2% of total loans.

Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of EUR 2,400 mil in 2014 and an all time low of EUR 1,577 mil in 2004. The average revenue in the last five years amounted to EUR 2,242 mil.

Net interest income represented 83.5% of total revenues, fee income contributed 13.6% and other non-interest income added further 2.88% to the overall revenue generation in 2015.

Bank's total revenues accounted for 3.34% total assets in 2015, up from 3.29% a year earlier.

Comparing Alpha Bank Group with its closest peers, National Bank of Greece generated total revenues of 1.88% of assets in 2015, Piraeus Bank Group operated with 2.73% revenue margin and Eurobank Group produced total income worth 2.40% of assets.
