Raiffeisenbank Czech Republic's retail loans reached CZK 244,990 mil at the end of 2022, up 7.18% compared to the previous year. In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 13.3%.
Overall, retail loans accounted for 59.4% of the bank's loan book at the end of 2022.
Mortgage loans rose 29.0% to CZK 127,138 mil in 2022 and accounted for 51.9% of the retail loan portfolio.
