Vietnamese banking sector accepted customer deposits of VND 6,810,038 bil in 2017, up 14.6% when compared to the last year.
Sacombank accounted for 4.70% of all customer deposits taken by banks in Vietnam at the end of 2017. Historically, the bank’s market share in customer deposits reached an all time high of 5.17% in 2015 and an all time low of 2.55% in 2005.
That's compared to a 3.81% market share the bank held in terms of total assets at the end of 2017.
