UniCredit Bank Czecho-Slovakia's capital adequacy ratio reached 23.8% at the end of third quarter of 2023, up from 22.8% when compared to the previous quarter. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 23.8% in 3Q2023 and an all time low of 14.5% in 4Q2015.
The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 23.5% at the end of third quarter of 2023, up from 22.4% compared to the same period of last year and up from 22.5% when compared to the the previous quarter.
Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 68.4% at the end of 3Q2023, up from 65.2% when compared to the same period of last year.
When compared to bank's main peers, Ceska Sporitelna ended the third quarter of 2023 with a capital adequacy ratio at 19.2% and loans to deposits of 69.8%, CSOB with 19.9% and 60.4% respectively and Komercni Banka some 20.2% in terms of capital adequacy and 72.1% of loans to deposits at the end of the third quarter of 2023.
