What Banks in Czechia Paid its Staff the Most in 2017?

Based on a comparison of 26 banks in Czechia in 2017, PPF Banka was paying its employees the best, followed by J&T Banka and SAB Finance.

PPF Banka employed 225 persons in 2017, up 7.14% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank's workforce hit an all time high of 225 persons in 2017 and an all time low of 64.0 in 2002.

Average cost reached CZK 130,000 per month per employee, 7.20% less than a year ago. This figure was CZK 110,786 per month some 10 years ago.

Staff accounted for 36.8% of total operating expenditures in 2017.

Comparing PPF Banka with its closest peers, J&T Banka had 730 employees with average cost of CZK 123,744 per month per person, SAB Finance operated with 52.0 people (and CZK 102,771 per month per employee) and SAB Finance Group had 52.0 employees in 2017 with cost of CZK 102,771 per month per head.
