Based on a comparison of 33 countries in 2018, Russia ranked the highest in sour cherry production with 232,200 tonnes followed by Ukraine and Poland. On the other end of the scale was Slovakia with 23.0 tonnes, Slovenia with 68.0 tonnes and Bolivia with 71.0 tonnes.
