Fx denominated liabilities reached USD 22.7 bil in 2016 in Ukraine, according to the National Central Bank. This is 10.5% less than in the previous year.
Historically, FX denominated liabilities in Ukraine reached an all time high of USD 61.7 bil in 2008 and an all time low of USD 16.2 bil in 2005.
