Fx denominated liabilities reached USD 21.9 bil in first quarter of 2017 in Ukraine, according to the National Central Bank. This is 3.66% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, FX denominated liabilities in Ukraine reached an all time high of USD 69.9 bil in 3Q2008 and an all time low of USD 16.2 bil in 4Q2005.
