Goods imports as a part of balance payment reached 49.4 USD bil in 2017 in Ukraine, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 21.9 % more than in the previous year.
Historically, goods imports as a part of balance payment in Ukraine reached an all time high of 86.3 USD bil in 2012 and an all time low of 11.9 USD bil in 1999. When compared to Ukraine's main peers, goods imports as a part of balance payment in Poland amounted to 227 USD bil, 78.4 USD bil in Romania and 238 USD bil in Russia in 2017.
