Imports as a share of GDP reached 0.466 % in 2017 in Albania, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 1.77 % more than in the previous year.
Historically, imports as a share of GDP in Albania reached an all time high of 0.963 % in 1992 and an all time low of 0.160 % in 1986. When compared to Albania's main peers, imports as a share of GDP in Greece amounted to 0.340 %, 0.525 % in Kosovo, 0.692 % in Macedonia and 0.645 % in Montenegro in 2017.
