Interest payments on government debt reached EUR 1.52 bil in 2020 in Finland, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 18.6% less than in the previous year.
Historically, interest payments on government debt in Finland reached an all time high of EUR 4.40 bil in 1997 and an all time low of EUR 0.044 bil in 1974.
