Mortgage loans reached RWF 527 bil in second quarter of 2023 in Rwanda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.02% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Rwanda reached an all time high of RWF 527 bil in 2Q2023 and an all time low of RWF 23.1 bil in 2Q2012.
Rwanda has been ranked 27th within the group of 78 countries we follow in terms of mortgage loans.
