Net Public Debt (Local Currency) in Syria

Net public debt reached SYP 525 bil in 2010 in Syria, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 16.1% more than in the previous year.

Historically, net public debt in Syria reached an all time high of SYP 1,082 bil in 2004 and an all time low of SYP 452 bil in 2009.

Syria has been ranked 32nd within the group of 87 countries we follow in terms of net public debt.
