Non-performing loans reached BIF 103 bil in second quarter of 2018 in Burundi, according to the National Central Bank. This is 8.75% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, non-performing loans in Burundi reached an all time high of BIF 154 bil in 4Q2016 and an all time low of BIF 43.1 bil in 2Q2012.
Burundi has been ranked 37th within the group of 86 countries we follow in terms of non-performing loans.
