Production of skimmed cows' milk reached 23.1 kt in 2014 in Bulgaria, according to Faostat. This is the same as in the previous year.
Historically, production of skimmed cows' milk in Bulgaria reached an all time high of 555 kt in 1987 and an all time low of 22.3 kt in 2001. When compared to Bulgaria's main peers, production of skimmed cows' milk in Greece amounted to 79.1 kt, 182 kt in Romania, 58.8 kt in Serbia and 4,423 kt in Turkey in 2014.
