Historically, production of skimmed cows' milk in Egypt reached an all time high of 646 kt in 2012 and an all time low of 209 kt in 1961. When compared to Egypt's main peers, production of skimmed cows' milk in Israel amounted to 137 kt, 332 kt in Saudi Arabia and 226 kt in Sudan in 2014.
