Production of primary vegetables reached 94.8 kt in 2016 in Mongolia, according to Faostat. This is 30.4 % more than in the previous year.
Historically, production of primary vegetables in Mongolia reached an all time high of 105 kt in 2014 and an all time low of 9.00 kt in 1961. When compared to Mongolia's main peers, production of primary vegetables in China amounted to 540,840 kt, 3,782 kt in Kazakhstan, 1,075 kt in Kyrgyzstan and 16,293 kt in Russia in 2016.
